The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
- Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
EDUCATION:
- Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

- 47.5 hour anticipated work schedule average per week
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $22 and $26 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
