SusieCakes is coming to OKC in early 2025! We are excited to expand our foot print in the market with our scratch made homestyle baked goods. Our team needs an Assistant Pastry Manager to assist in our daily production with our culinary team.
We are seeking someone that has a passion for the baking, leading a team, managing operations & production, and is looking to grow their career. We offer a competitive compensation package, benefits, PTO, 401k and much more!
Pay is expected to range from $18-21/HR + tips (adds an additional $2-3/HR on average)
Please note: This role requires experience in baking as well as leading teams. If you do not meet the experience requirement, please consider applying to other roles for this location when they become available.

The Production Manager/Assistant Pastry Manager leads the culinary operation by means of baking and building of delicious cakes and other baked goods in house. They are in charged with ensuring the highest quality baked goods are produced in a timely manner by means of training, supporting overall safety, and developing the culinary team in the area of production management.
