SusieCakes is currently hiring for an Assistant General Manager for our San Carlos location in the downtown area! We are seeking someone that has a passion for the guest experience, leading a team, managing operations, and is looking to grow their career.
Pay is expected to range from $65,000-75,000 a year
*Must be able to work weekends & holidays we operate, as well as have previous management experience.*

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $265,000 and $75,000 per year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
