We're in search of an Assistant General Manager possessing:
Experience managing teams in a bakery/restaurant/retail location for at least 3+ years
Passion for creating a great guest experience
Enjoys guiding and mentoring new team members
Eager to advance their career in management
Demonstrates a steady employment record

Salary is estimated to be around $64,000-68,000 per year.
This is a non exempt role and is required to work 47.5 hours per week. Weeknight & weekend availability is a must.
Must be able to support neighboring bakeries.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.
